The Challenge

Secure a meaningful and substantial package of economic support from the Government for the hospitality sector during the coronavirus crisis.

Our Approach

We articulated and demonstrated the value of hospitality to the UK economy and wider society through a proactive national campaign. Our primary audience was (and continues to be) Government, MPs and officials. Continual reactive comms enabled maximum impact, which eventually led to Government engagement with the hospitality sector.
