Help Fourth take ownership of the allergens challenge and bring the industry together to tackle operational issues surrounding it.
We kicked off the two-year long project by conducting some consumer and business leader research into allergens whilst also organising and hosting a media roundtable lunch event, bringing together key figures from across the sector. We wrote up the findings into an in-depth, 26-page allergens report which we launched via a webinar that we hosted and managed.
