Raise awareness of Irish oysters amongst leading chefs and high-end restaurants in the UK.
We devised a ‘Best Dressed Oyster’ competition asking chefs from across the UK to compete for a trip to Ireland. The competition was proactively marketed across trade channels, and via direct follow up. The live final was hosted at Henry Harris’ Hero of Maida pub in Clerkenwell, and attended by a room of industry heavyweights, including chefs, food critics, restaurateurs and suppliers.
